Had the idea to create a suggestion of a stovetop, with the traditional four burners. All labyrinths. Haven't decided if they are all hot and the islanders on all islands are in distress..

After class on Wednesday, I found online tutorials that have proven helpful. I traced my labyrinth image, and it looked a little sloppy at first. Smoothing it up and cleaning up the lines helps. Started creating my project's environment! Stovetop/labyrinth on a small island. Water surrounds the heat of the maze. 

Here's my progress after the last class! I have almost finished tracing the image, and I will be messing with gradients and fills today. By the end of class today, I should start manipulating my image for my final project!
